Summers here….and so are the new nets After a lot of work over the winter the new 3 lane Total Play nets were installed and ready for use at the first outdoor nets of 2011. A big thanks goes to Mark Sheehan, Sara Morgan, Rupert Evans & Ian Pickford for their efforts in applying for all the grants that have enabled us to have this fantastic new facility available to us throughout the year. The club is also grateful to the ECB, Oxfordshire County Council Chill Out Fund & Rover Sports & Social Club for their contributions to this project. Since the nets have been installed we have had club members using them every day, long may this continue. Club drinks bottles and kids caps available soon Over the next week we’ll be taking delivery of lightweight caps for our youth section and club branded drinks bottles available for everyone. Caps will cost £5 and the sports bottles also £5. The bottles are manufactured using the highest food grade material and are BPA free. The one-way valved caps are what make the bottles unique. This eradicates excessive fluid flow and removes the threat of choking, which is present in many of the current bottles on the market today.
